Toddlers - BFS Summer Camp Sofia for boys and girls English, football and other sports
Dear Parents,
We are pleased to inform you about the British Football School summer camps!
Organised by British Football School in partnership Toddlers Academy Sofia, there will be a summer of fun football right here in Sofia with base at the Green Sport complex!
Open to boys and girls of all abilities aged 5-12 the BFS training camps aim to combine learning and practicing English language and football with professional British coaches.
Training sessions incorporate fun, fast moving games that enable the boys and girls to enjoy the ultimate football and other activities based camp experience together regardless of their ability.
Participating children will get a great chance to practice their English, learning new interactive games and skills, meet new friends and have lots of fun!
CAMP DETAILS
Location: Green Sport, Geo Milev, Sofia.
Camp dates over four weeks:
- Monday 17th to Friday 21st July
- Monday 24th to Friday 28th July
- Monday 31st July to Friday 4th August
- Monday 7th to Friday 11th August
Group formations:
- There will be three or four separate training groups with up to 16 children per group.
Ages 5-6, 7-9 and 10-12 will be in different groups. Each group will be led by a British coach and Bulgarian assistant. - British Football School (BFS) trainers are English Football Association & UEFA qualified and they have the experience that is required to assist the children in a proactive way of learning in a safe and fun environment.
Your children, both boys and girls, will have a unique chance to be involved in a real club like environment designed for children with qualified British trainers without having to travel to the UK.
Toddlers Academy Sofia are a reputable kindergarten in Bulgaria and are providers of summer school experiences and activities designed for children in Bulgaria since 2010. The collaboration with BFS this year is to introduce a new experience to children this summer.
Your children are guaranteed to have a great experience and they also will have the chance to meet new and old friends from the BBBA community and beyond.
THE CONCEPT
- The concept of this year’s summer camp offering is “Education and values through sport and entertainment”.
- The program will aim to provide active learning entirely in English, complement cognitive skills and give students increasing amounts of responsibility, and enhance their level of concentration and participation.
- The program and the daily routine has been carefully designed to ensure that it is of equal interest to both boys and girls.
- In line with this concept, Toddlers shall be collaborating with the British Football School to create a happy, sporting and entertaining environment where the children:
- Learn the English language and play sports immersed in a totally British English environment led by experienced British teachers and coaches.
- Learn values such as fairness, teambuilding, equality, discipline, inclusion, perseverance and respect for their peers and for their elders.
- Learn to become constructive members of society by developing a healthy self-confidence, active and healthy lifestyle choices, and an understanding of the rights of others through lectures, coaching and sport.
