Toddlers Academy nursery and kindergarten is the first of its kind in Bulgaria. Established in 2010, Toddlers Academy has been providing parents and children a pre-school environment that is inviting and engaging, as well as homely and professional and where the teaching is bilingual and different subjects are taught both in English and in Bulgarian. As part of our continued quest to provide our children with the best that modern trends of kindergarten have to offer, we take pride in providing a high quality, international and bilingual pre-school and kindergarten education and experience in a safe, warm and nurturing state of the art environment with many amenities.
Additionally and as important to Bulgarian parents, Toddlers is fully approved as a kindergarten by the Ministry of Education of Bulgaria and our health and safety standards are fully compliant with those require by Bulgarian Law. We understand that choosing the right kindergarten to fit a child’s needs is a challenging and important decision. As such, we endeavor not only to understand these needs but to provide a curriculum and an environment that is a “best fit” to these needs and to expectations of every family we serve. Toddlers Academy’s program provides a unique and active setting where children participate in both structured and free play experiences that enhance your child’s cognitive, social, emotional and physical skills. Your child will be given many opportunities to create, discover, imagine, problem solve, and explore. Our activities aim to foster a healthy self-esteem, independence and compassion for others. Our programs are carefully researched and well thought out, and we approach every day with a sense of purpose, imagination, innovation and fun to ingrain a sense of wonder in the child about the world that surrounds them, ignite their curiosity and thus their desire to learn comfortably and confidently. The curriculum of every Group includes a variety of interesting and inspiring activities to stimulate early brain development with a focus on creative play and work. We encourage a love for learning through working and playing with others.
Our Mission
At Toddlers Academy nursery and kindergarten, we aim to provide young children with a stimulating, exciting and safe environment, where they can discover, communicate and learn to express verbally and emotionally themselves at many levels. Play is essential part of this learning process and is used to extend their boundaries, through which children can begin to understand both themselves and the world around them – progressively moving towards becoming one with it. Through play and activities, music and song, story and poetry, singing and dancing, experience and observation, interaction and conversation, we lay the foundations on which the future personality of the child will be built. We also ensure that while moving along this path with the child, the parents, the family and the home environment is fully integrated into the process by consistently meeting the parents, informing them of our work with their child and encouraging them to reinforce it at home as well.

These are the things we will learn as these are the things which will lay the foundations of a balanced and wholesome personality well-adjusted to the needs of the communities in which we live:

Our beautiful new state of the art facility aims to provide each child with the ability to learn and grow physically, cognitively, socially and emotionally. Our teaching and curriculum provide plenty of hands-on learning, allowing each child to be prepared for proper school and for life-long learning.
